Non-Insurance Discounted Rates as of January 1, 2024 (payment at time of service)
Initial consultation & treatment (80-90 minutes): $300
($270 for students and seniors 65+)
Follow up treatment (50-60 minutes): $155
($135 for students & seniors)
Worker’s Compensation, Veterans & Personal Injury

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice of appointment changes or cancellations to avoid a missed visit fee.
